Refund Policy
All CBD sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at welcome@communityozarks.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Package(s)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim with the shipping provider if an issue occurs.
